As a rule of thumb: 1 registration staff per 100-150 attendees, plus 1 senior technician. For a 500-person conference, you'd typically have 3-4 registration staff and 1 technician. We'll recommend the exact crew in your quote.

Can your staff operate our registration software?

Yes. Our staff are trained on all major platforms including Eventbrite, Cvent, Bizzabo, Whova, and others. During pre-event briefing, we'll familiarise ourselves with your specific software and workflows.

What happens if equipment fails during the event?

Our senior technician handles all troubleshooting onsite. We bring backup equipment for critical items. If a device fails, the technician swaps it immediately, typically within minutes.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2-3 weeks for large events. This gives us time for consultation, staff scheduling, and briefing. Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability.

Do you support multi-day events?

Absolutely. Staff rotate in shifts, equipment stays onsite, and we handle daily setup and teardown. Multi-day pricing is discounted compared to single-day rates.
